The Student Service Centre (SSC) is an important institutional unit of St. Paul Teachers' Training College, Samastipur, NAAC accredited B++, an autonomous institution affiliated to Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga. The College has been established as an autonomous institution dedicated to providing high-quality teacher education in accordance with the regulations of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020. In compliance with the recent guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission on promoting vibrant campus life and fostering a holistic learning environment, and As approved in the Academic Council meeting held on February 22, 2026 (Mental Health and Counselling Initiatives and Holistic Development of Students), the Student Service Centre has been established to serve as a comprehensive support system for student welfare, mental health, personal counselling, and overall development. The SSC aligns its activities with the vision and mission of the institution and works to develop students who are physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially robust. The Centre is committed to creating learners who can meet the social, economic, and academic needs of society and contribute meaningfully to national development as per the constitutional and statutory requirements of the UGC.
